Located at the Hyatt Centric Times Square hotel, T45 is a bar-forward restaurant experience in the heart of New York City. To position T45 as a neighborhood gathering place where patrons can stay up to date on what’s happening in the city, UAD developed branding that combines wayfinding elements with understated typography in a clean, timeless look which speaks to locals and travelers alike.
Stephan Pyles restaurant concept, Flora Street Cafe, is fabulously situated in the HALL Arts building in downtown Dallas and offers “elevated Texas cuisine.” We developed smart, simple and sophisticated branding to go with the elegant design of the restaurant interior and menus which embrace the art-centric location, featuring fun quips and quotes by well-known artists.
ESPA at the Joule hotel is a spectacular subterranean spa featuring the latest in spa techniques and technology. The underground location lends itself to geothermal themes with treatments incorporating crystals, metals and stones. We integrated close-up shots of minerals and a clean aesthetic throughout the collateral to complement the spa’s theme.
We began work with the Hilton Anatole during an extensive renovation. They were in need of names, branding, menus and signage for several new restaurants. Working in collaboration with the interior design firm, we were able to capture the flavor of each venue and create brands that more than satisfied our client.
Hotel ZaZa is a luxury boutique hotel with an opulent and sexy vibe. It offers extravagantly-themed concept suites, fine dining and a titillating night life. Through enticing photography, flirty headlines and rich textures the branding and advertising materials seduced our audience and helped establish Hotel ZaZa as one of the premier places to stay in Dallas and Houston.
When celebrity chef Kent Rathbun contacted us about his new upscale restaurant concept centered around rotisserie grilling, we couldn’t wait to sink our teeth into the project. Taking clues from the interior design which brings outdoor elements indoors, we created a logo, stationery, signage and menus that serve up a rich mix of textures and materials.
El Vecino (Spanish for “The Neighbor”), is a Mexican restaurant and local gathering spot where East Dallas residents can relax, and enjoy great food and drinks. With an “Old Mexico meets modern neighborhood kitchen” aesthetic, we served up a logo system, stationery, website, menu, signage, and other collateral pieces featuring brightly-colored floral oilcloth patterns, distressed black and white graphics, and messaging that conveys the hospitality of a good neighbor.
