Refund and Return Policy

As a digital design company, UAD specializes in delivering customized digital products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, we follow the guidelines below:

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads and custom digital designs are final and non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled and delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases.
  
  

• Failure to receive the digital product due to a technical error on our end.
  
  

• Proven unauthorized transactions.
  
  

To request a refund, contact us at support@untamedartisticdesigns.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number and reason for the request.

3. Revisions and Corrections

We offer limited revisions for custom designs as part of our customer satisfaction guarantee. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of receiving the final product.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. Please allow us the opportunity to resolve your issue before taking that route.
